Mission and aims
AgroMed is a scientific network started on 2014 and financed by the ENVI-MED project. Its mission is to create a stable and comprehensive pool of scientist coming from different disciplines both biophysical and social, spread across the Mediterranean basin and specialized on analysis of the dynamics of agricultural and land system and their trade-offs on biodiversity, economy and ecosystem services.
The International Conference 2016 aims to gather together all the researchers and Institutions interested in the conference topics. This will be an opportunity to build a permanent network fostering the improvement of scientific exchange and the promotion of integrated studies about the agricultural systems in the Mediterranean basin.
To this end, we welcome scientific contributions dealing with spatial analysis and social-economics or stakeholder network analysis developed all across the Mediterranean basin. Oral communications and posters will be presented during the two days in Avignon. Participation is free of charge, but registration is compulsory before October 7, 2016.
The Conference will be held in Avignon (France), December 1-2, 2016.
